Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location at checkout. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the U.S. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

International Shipping:
For international orders, shipping times can vary between 10-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Shipping Delays:

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at support@luxarioo.com or 844-946-1207. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fees. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
